I recently met Azam Khan, a Senior Research Scientist at Autodesk who made me aware of an exciting project to model the Autodesk Toronto office at 210 King Street and embed a sensor network to validate analysis. The reason for this is to have a Building Information Model of an existing building and real usage data that can be made available as a valuable resource for modelling and simulation research.
